Hi, I´m Ademir Carvalho, born in Brasília, the capital city of Brazil and I´ve been working for 6 years as an agent of models. My main focus is to become one of the top brazilian agents (and across the world too!), discovering new faces and working hard on their careers to become top models. I started working in this market and and I fell in love with, so I decided to build my own business. And the dream came true when I founded ADM Models in 2004.

Modeling is a wonderful world and with great opportunities. It´s a career where people can achieve lots of good things in a short period of time. It is a glamurous world yes, but unfortunately people think that will last forever and don't know how to manage their own life styles. Nowadays I see there are a huge interest in a career as a model, many are called but just few of them are chosen

In our today´s society we deal with lots of information and I mean a lot of them! Mags, internet, the media, fhe modeling agencies, so there are so many opinions about what is IN and what is OUT, so sometimes what might be cool for me might not be good for others. So, live your own style.

When you build a professional and serious career plan focused on mission and values (Keep the faith and Dalways believe in GOD!), I´m sure that success will come to your way.Here in the agency we always look for a guy/girl that are really sure about their convictions. Despite their young age, they need to show a strong personality and express their feelings about their acts. If they really want to become a top model, we´ll do our best and will work as a teamwork

Worldwide economic crisis affected the brazilian fashion industry?

I can´t deny that worldwide economic crisis affected our business as general, but we have to handle with all this situation with work, work and more work! And that´s what me and my team have been doing with creativity and focus on our core business
