Diogo Rodrigues: father, musician and MODEL!
I was born in Montes Claros, Minas Gerais http://www.montesclaros.mg.gov.br/ and when I turned 9 I started living in Lontra where I was discovered by a booker when I was flying kites. I used to be a musician and when I turned 16 I was invited to participate in a Model contest called "Top Mais". EG Model, the brazilian modeling agency, was founded in 2001 in the northeast region by Elian Gallardo with the main purpose of giving a very unique and professional visibility to the models. Seven years later, Elian came to São Paulo (one of the main brazilian cities) to write another terrific chapter on his success story. Just to have an idea, he discovered Thomaz Oliveira, a former Aeronautics soldier, Edilson Nascimento who used to be a judo fighter, Fernando Fernandes, ex Big Brother and model/actor Rodrigo Hilbert (he´s now on the new brazilian soap opera Viver a Vida, by Globo TV http://viveravida.globo.com/Novela/Viveravida/Personagens/0,,PS2521-17529,00.html, just to name a few.
