Hi, my name is Leonardo Amaral, model, 18 years old and I was born in Brazil, in a small town called Sorocaba, I intend to study International Relations.and lately I´ve been traveling around the world meeting new cultures and living the modeling world. I started it 3 years ago when I heard about a modeling contest in my hometown. That time my focus was to go to United States and the prize for the winner of this contest was a trip to Miami! Anyway, I didn´t win this contest but my agent invited me to come to São Paulo where I took my first test shooting. They changed my hair and the result was really good. I still use the pic from my early shooting in my book. My mother agency placed me in differents cities: Asia (starting with Hong Kong), Singapore, Thailand and also in South Africa. People are usually curious about models because we have a complely diferent life style, we have no home and we change pleaces all the time. We get contract for 3 months and then we fly away again. Also because we are young and most of us look good

Performing diferent characters

It´s so cool working with a photographer, especially because you can perform different characters in every single shoot. You can be a young boy or a businessman. The lights, the different hair styles, the crew involved, it´s all about a real professional team involved. My previous preparation is juts paying attention to what they want me to do. I worked for an international mag in Hong Kong where they dressed me up with a woman dress and placed me with a hot brazilian naked girl hahahahah. It was a nice shooting!

A fashionista? Nope, I´m not, but I guess as we (the models) work with fashion industry, we learn about the fashion styles thanks to the fashion designers. So, if you see me with my buddies, you´ll notice that we have different wearing styles
Imagine u a famous model surrounded by a huge crowd. How you´d handle it?: Sorry i have no ideia how I´d handle with handle that situation. I've never been famous to know. Maybe I´d be pissed off , maybe I´d enjoy it..... Hmm, I really dont know. But having fans from diferent parts of the world is awesome. I love their unique life styles and cultures
